The 2008 ITMA Road Rally Scholarship Fundraising Event will be held on Sunday, May 18th.

All proceeds will go toward the ITMA scholarship and educational programs. Register to drive/navigate, sponsor or volunteer at this event.

Using the electronic forms on this page, interested parties can register to Drive/Navigate, Sponsor, Host a Hospitality Tent, or Volunteer to assist in the 2008 ITMA Road Rally. 

Register for your Company Hospitality Tent location assignment at the Finish Line Party, or Register yourself and guests to attend the Party only. 

All team cars and their passengers will be automatically registered for the Finish Line Party, but cost is not included in the Car / Motorcycle Registration fee.

Please note that you do NOT have to drive a car in the Rally or attend in order to be a Sponsor!  Banner Sponsorship will also apply for this event.

Driver, Navigator, Vehicle Registration Form

All vehicle owner/drivers and navigators (as many as your vehicle will safely accomodate) must register using the Vehicle Registration form. This form provides for both driver and navigator/passenger registration.

It is expected that a team following the rally course instructions will complete the course in approximately 2 hours.

The registration fee is $35 per vehicle.

NOTE: The deadline for vehicle registration and payment of registration fee(s) is May 12th.  All participating vehicles must be registered and paid for by this date.

Safety Restraint System Requirement

Upon check-in, the owner/driver of a registered vehicle must demonstrate that there is a functional safety restraint system for each passenger. All vehicle occupants are required to use a safety restraint system (shoulder harness/seat belt, or seat belt) while participating in this event.

Strict Alcohol Prohibition

Possession or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited immediately prior to and at all times during this event. Violation of this prohibition will result in immediate disqualification and suspension of participation in this event.

Safe Driving Pledge

It is understood that the 2008 I.T.M.A. Road Rally Scholarship Fundraising Event is not a road race. There will be no requirements in this event for speeding, reckless driving or violating traffic control signs or signals. As a participating vehicle operator in the 2007 I.T.M.A. Road Rally Scholarship Fundraising Event, you pledge to exercise safe driving techniques, good citizenship and a defensive driving attitude at all times.

Hold Harmless Indemnity Agreement

I.T.M.A., I.T.M.A. Directors, I.T.M.A. Officers, I.T.M.A. members, and affiliated and non-affiliated volunteers, sponsors and promoters (collectively, the "Event Organizers") are not insurers of this event.

By act of submitting this vehicle registration form, you expressly warrant that 1) each operator of the vehicle entered holds a valid driver's license recognized by the state of Texas; 2) the vehicle entered is legally registered in the state of Texas; 3) the vehicle entered displays a valid state inspection decal; and 4) the vehicle entered is covered by liability insurance of not less than $20,000/$40,000/$10,000 or the minimum requirements of the state of Texas and is in force on the day of the event.

A valid Driver's License, Vehicle Registration and Proof of insurance will be required at check-in for each vehicle and vehicle operator registered to participate in this event.

By act of submitting this vehicle registration form, you acknowledge that you are entering this event of your own choice.

AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE 2007 I.T.M.A. ROAD RALLY HELD ON SATURDAY MAY 19, 2007, EACH INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANIZATION THAT REGISTERS EXPRESSLY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND and HOLD HARMLESS I.T.M.A., I.T.M.A. DIRECTORS, I.T.M.A. OFFICERS, I.T.M.A. MEMBERS, AFFILIATED AND NON-AFFILIATED VOLUNTEERS, SPONSORS, PROMOTERS, I.T.M.A. SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARENTS, AGENTS, SERVANTS, EMPLOYEES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, INSURERS, UNDERWRITERS AT RISK, EXCESS INSURERS, REINSURERS, AND ITS ATTORNEYS, (COLLECTIVELY, "THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES"), FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIENS, CAUSES OF ACTION, SUITS OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING ACTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTION, BROUGHT BY ANY PARTY THAT ARISES FROM THE 2007 I.T.M.A. ROAD RALLY HELD ON SATURDAY MAY 19, 2007, EVEN IF SUCH CAUSE OR CLAIM ARISES, OR COULD HAVE ARISEN AS A RESULT OF THE SOLE OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE, LIABILITY, OR FAULT OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES.
