The second annual ITMA FALL CLASSIC will be held at The Deerwood Club of Kingwood on Monday, November 3, 2008.

This golf course is consistently ranked as one of the best in the State of Texas.  Exclusive to the "Masters" Level of Kingwood Membership type, this course is highly prized and appreciated by long time golfers.

Over eight million dollars has been invested in the last three years to improve the Kingwood Courses and it shows! Members are raving about the Deerwood Course!

The 18 hole course features 7,108 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. the course rating is 74 and it has a slope rating of 139 on Bermuda grass.

Cost and Event Review

The proceeds of this charity event go directly to the  Scholarship/Educational programs of ITMA.  We ask you to enjoy your day and support this fundraiser through your registration costs. The cost to play in the ITMA FALL CLASSIC is $185 per player.

This donation will entitle you to:

- Your Tournament Green Fees

- Your entry gift, (A Souvenir of this event)

- As you will find, Dining at Deerwood is a special event in of itself!  A Southern plantation style clubhouse, features an outdoor veranda overlooking the 9th green and Lake Houston. Distinctive appointments, superior service and creative culinary team combine to present a unique dining experience.

Upon your arrival, you'll be offered a  hearty lunch to get you going. The Deerwood Texas 'Cookie' will be working his magic over that hot outdoor grill to fix you up a the best Angus Beef burger you've ever had!  Enjoy a selection of toppers to your cooked to order burger including Wisconsin cheddar, Swiss cheeses.  100% Beef Hot dogs will be grilling too. Enjoy!

- Water, soft drinks and beer - will be available during the tournament with beverage cart service and are included in the fee.

Hole Sponsorships

We have many opportunities to highlight your company support. Hole Sponsorship is $250.00

Banner Sponsorship:

If your company would like to sponsor a Banner Sponsorship, this will allow us to create your banner with logo and website address.  ITMA will keep this banner and display it at every Lunch and Learn meeting at the Greenspoint Club, through to end 2009!  Your donation is $500.00. 

Beverage Sponsorships  

Beverage Station Sponsorship is $ 450.00.  Stations will be assigned a location and they are encouraged to host their beverages by 'type' of their choice, suggestions are a Martini Bar, a Crown Royal Bar, etc. Service will be provided by the sponsor, bottles to be provided by the Club, Sponsor can set up a hospitality tent. There will be a limited number of these hosts.

Beverage Sponsor is $ 250.00, Carts will be on the facility, but they will be driven by the Club employees. All Beverage Sponsors will be recognized by a sign on the carts.
